Is the reception open all day?
Our reception is open from 7:00 – 20:00.
Do I need a Coronatest on arrival?
According to the current status, you do not need to provide proof (as of November 2022).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 14:00. Earlier by arrangement and subject to availability.
After 20:00, keys can only be issued via the Key Boy.
Where can I change or cancel my booking?
Depending on the booking type, online on our homepage or on the booking portals. Rooms booked online cannot be changed or cancelled by telephone.
What does breakfast cost?
For hotel guests and external guests, the breakfast buffet costs €15.50 or €17.90 on weekends and public holidays.
What are the breakfast hours?
On weekdays from 07:00 to 11:00 and on weekends and public holidays from 07:00-14:00.
Are there gluten-free bread rolls or lactose-free products for breakfast?
We are happy to provide you with gluten-free bread rolls and lactose-free products for breakfast, subject to prior notification.
Are the rooms quiet or is there traffic noise?
Our rooms have very good sound insulation, however, if you sleep with the window open, please make us aware of this so that we can allocate you a room to the rear of the building (only applies to XL rooms).
Is an iron available in the room?
We will be happy to bring an iron incl. ironing board to your room upon request.
Should I book via a portal or directly at the hotel?
You will always find the lowest prices on our homepage www.bergheim41.de.
Do I need a credit card for the booking?
You always need a credit card to guarantee a binding booking. You are welcome to pay in cash or with your EC card on the day of departure.
Are there parking spaces and how much does parking cost?
We have a total of 10 parking spaces. The cost is €17 per day.
If you would like to park longer on the day of departure, this is possible with an additional charge, depending on availability.
Is there secure parking for bikes and motorbikes?
Bicycles and motorbikes find a safe place in our video-monitored garage.
Is there a charging station for my e-car?
We have 2 wall boxes in our underground car park. Please contact the reception desk.
How far is it to the old town?
The old town is about 15 minutes away on foot.
Is there a fitness studio nearby?
Fitness studio Pfitzenmeier Premium Club Heidelberg at Poststraße 1-3, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany.
What do I have to bear in mind when arriving by car?
Please reserve your space directly when booking (entrance height 1.80m). The entrance to the underground car park is at Poststraße 42 next to Restaurant “RED”.
Are there other parking facilities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel?
P1 (Poststraße 7) is located in the parallel street.
How do I get from Frankfurt Airport to the hotel?
Transfer/shuttle on request (subject to a charge).
How do I get from Stuttgart Airport to the hotel?
Transfer/shuttle on request (chargeable)
Is smoking allowed in the guest rooms?
The Bergheim41 is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and on the public roof terrace.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
Is it possible to book an extra bed?
We are happy to put an extra bed in your studio. This is not possible in other room categories. We charge 32€ per night for this.
What are the costs for using the internet?
We have free highspeed internet via LAN cable or W-LAN.
Can I take my pet with me to the Hotel Bergheim41?
We charge €10 per day for your pet.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Our rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning.
